The Daily SPUF has the right to moderate any and all information on spuf.org for any or no reason. This includes the right to modify and moderate written works published on the Daily SPUF, remove written work entirety, remove any media and delete user accounts.
If you wish something you own removed from The Daily SPUF (or if you are not credited and simply desire proper recognition), contact us. We will work with you to rectify the problem as quickly as we can. Note that if you submitted an article to The Daily SPUF and marked it “Pending”, that is considered giving express permission to publish the article with credit, and we may not remove it without further justification.
The Daily SPUF is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations caused by any circumstances beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to industrial disputes.
The Daily SPUF has the right to terminate any and all services for any or no reason.
