Atlas Fallout Foundation – Terrifying Emergency Alert Systems
I’m not really a fan of Youtube horror, but there’s something about emergency alert systems that really go beyond the normal scary things out there. While I have watched things like Mandela Catalogue, Gemini Home Entertainment and Local 58, none of those have really stuck with me. I’ve never actually seen an emergency alert in real life, but I’ve seen videos of real ones and they are genuinely terrifying.
