In Sea of Thieves, having less than the recommended number of players on a ship doesn’t always work. On a sloop, you can get away with being just one person mostly because sloops are deceptively tanky, they take a lot of chainshot to break their mast and their anchor can be raised super fast, even with just one person. After a long day of doing Veil missions and working towards commendations, the members of the Barnacled Bastion realized that we had a lot of resources. Like, a lot a lot. What If There Was A 5+ Ship in Sea of Thieves?

One of the downsides of Sea of Thieves is that it’s a sea. A wide open space with the odd ship bobbing on it. Normally, you’ll get like 4-6 ships in a single server, and it’s quite possible to spend all day sailing and only run into one other ship. At the same time, that one other ship you see is probably a coward running away from you, making things feel a whole lot emptier.
