On Redrawing Artwork

A lot of my work consists of one thing: turning a JPG or a PNG into some sort of vector graphic, so it can be printed or made. Sometimes I also have to turn a PDF into a vector image because the PDF contains a JPG rather than any vector artwork. One Meter Tall Artwork

Generally, both when I work and when I draw, my program of choice is Adobe Illustrator. Using it, I create high quality vector artwork that can be made in any size you like, within reason.This artwork can be anything from new logos to business cards to labeling and patches, making brochures and putting magazines together, to designing flags, signage for shops and decals for cars. Vector Artwork Is Awesome

You see that Daily SPUF logo up there? The one in the top corner of your current tab? The little black sticky bomb? The favicon? That there is a small PNG file. If I wanted to make that bigger, it would go all pixel-y and horrible. Of course, that little sticky bomb is a smaller version of the somewhat official Daily SPUF logo (which is honestly just the Lobster font and the sticky bomb from the Demoman’s class emblem) and I have a full-sized logo somewhere, but if I just made that favicon bigger, it would look bad.
