I’ve always enjoyed cooking and baking, and I like watching cooking videos. But I don’t normally watch reality TV shows featuring cooking. Because of this, I’ve kinda avoided the Great British Bake Off for a long time. Turns out, that’s a mistake of mine, I’ve been missing out on a lot of fun. Clay Oven-baked Bread and Stuff

Making your own bread isn’t actually that difficult. I have a dough that I use for both pizza and garlic bread, and it does the job fine. It’s not the most amazing bread ever, but I do think it’s worth trying to make your own bread. My recipe is quite simple but makes a ton of pizza dough.
