I seem to have a habit of abandoning games due to frustration with the core gameplay mechanics, giving it another go 5+ years later, and only then getting completely hooked. A Cheese Sauce Paradox

I love macaroni cheese, but the best thing about it, aside from shoveling pasta and sauce down my throat, is making the cheesy sauce to go on top of the macaroni. There’s something about making that creamy white cheese sauce that is so appealing. I don’t know what it is. Every step is enjoyable. The melting down of the butter is nice.
