An alliance in the Sea of Thieves can be both a blessing and a curse. Sometimes, you can get super lucky with everyone getting along and getting a share of all the money. Other times, one ship does all the work and the others just plod along in the background. Sometimes an alliance can fall apart due to arguments or friendly fire.
