Really, Pokemon GO is a pretty grim game. The majority of Pokemon you collect, they are chucked away and transferred, because they’re not very useful. Only the cream of the crop are allowed to stick around, and eventually even some of the better Pokemon get transferred away, to make space for Pokemon that are slightly better.
