Making Halo 2’s Hardest Encounter Even Harder – Vidmaster Forever

The only thing worse than Jackals. First Recon Among First Person Shooters, it doesn’t get much more difficult than Halo 2 Legendary. Twenty years later and the game still finds ways to surprise and infuriate its players. Halo’s Legendary Difficulty has always been a little mean. Halo 2, however, is interactive malice. Most Legendary playthroughs end in Cairo Station’s first Pelican Hangar, but an equally nasty surprise lies in wait on Halo 2’s second mission, Outskirts. Perched on New Mombasa’s rooftops, Jackal Snipers are bastards, and are easily the most polarizing portion of Legendary Halo 2. Legendary Jackal Snipers have… [Continue Reading]

Troubleshooting Printers is Torture

Printers should be banned. They are evil, horrible, expensive, satanic things that cause nothing but pain and suffering. They should be tried in the Hague for their crimes against humanity. Printers, simply put, are the worst. Why am I writing about printers again when I have already complained about printers in the past? Because there are some people out there who aren’t convinced and think that printers are fine, that it’s all the user’s fault that they can’t print stuff out. Those people are wrong. I’ve mentioned them before, and only done a handful of them because of their difficulty. Of course, being super hard, I generally avoided them. Despite my love for my Ignis and my Volt, they are simply not strong… [Continue Reading]

Autobalance Hell

Autobalance. It’s something we all hate. Some more than others. Often not as much as we hate random crits. But still, it’s a fucking bastard. And not just to Medics and Engineers, to every single class playing the game. You often don’t get any sympathy from your now former team mates either. Hence why comics like the one above, made by my dear friend Baxcaber, really hit you in the feels. It’s happened to pretty much anyone who’s played Team Fortress 2 for more than 10 hours. Probably less actually. Thing is, it’s a necessary evil. Team Fortress 2 has… [Continue Reading]
