Bring Back Fortuna 69, the Nicest Place in Warframe

It turns out, when you stop playing Warframe for a bit, you miss out on a few things. But for me, I missed out on something not so nice. It turns out, three months ago, the Fortuna 69 had disappeared! For those of you who don’t remember, Fortuna 69 is an instance that had been kept up and alive while all other Fortuna instances (aside from 1) faded away. Fortuna 69 was kept open by the community, with all sorts of people visiting and AFKing within the instance, stopping it from shutting down and closing. With a team of Tenno… [Continue Reading]

The Problem of Boom-Kong and High Explosives

Ever since self-damage was removed from explosive weapons, these explosive weapons have rocketed in popularity. But are these weapons too good or powerful? Some people think so, others don’t. As for me, I am someone in the middle. So let’s have a nice, calm conversation about explosives. And a familiar monkey friend. AoE weapons are very strong Warframe is a horde shooter. You have to kill a lot of enemies to get anywhere in this game, whether it’s a simple rescue mission or an hours-long survival. And rather than killing enemies one at a time, it’s much more efficient to… [Continue Reading]

Animal Instinct – A Valuable Mod

There are many, many mods in Warframe. Mods for Warframes, mods for weapons, mods for your companions. Including cats and dogs. I don’t know where we store the mods we equip on our living companions, but they can use them nonetheless. However, many mods are also kinda useless. They’re either niche or just impractical. And because there is limited space, some mods have to be left out. Today, I want to talk about the one mod I 100% can’t leave out from my companions’ mods. A required mods for pets Animal Instinct is a Nightmare mod, obtainable from high level… [Continue Reading]

Galarian Zigzagoon Community Day

August’s Community Day this year was Galarian Zigzagoon, an utterly adorable Pokemon. I mean, look at it. It’s like a little punk racoon thing. How can you not love something like that? It’s so adorable, and it’s a pretty nice choice for a Community Day. Even if, like Deino, getting a shiny one used to be rare and now everyone has one. A great shiny with some use. While Obstagoon may not be as useful as Deino was from this year’s previous Community Day, it’s still a dark type that has a nice niche. It’s also a really nice shiny,… [Continue Reading]

Team Yell are my favourite team for some reason

The more I think about Pokemon, the more predictable things get. Really, Pokemon is so formulaic that sometimes I wonder how it’s remained so popular over the years. On the plus side, it being so popular means that I can write a ton of articles about it. Heck, it’s pretty much impossible to write about everything in Pokemon games. Especially when it comes to opinions. Opinions are infinite. Everyone has them. Even though some opinions are kinda weird. A bit like this article, where I claim that Team Yell are my favourite team. Their objective is simple Many evil teams… [Continue Reading]

Pokemon Shield and Feeling Deflated

So I’ve been playing Pokemon Shield for a while now. I’ve finished the main story and become the champion already. But I am still picking the game up occasionally. Why? Mostly to try and fill my Pokedex. Even if it’s a futile effort. But there is something bothering me about Pokemon Shield, and it’s the difficulty. The game is too easy. In fact, it’s insanely easy. To the point that I didn’t lose a single battle in the entirety of the main story. Only a handful of characters were of any challenge to me. Heck, even Leon, with his Gigantamax… [Continue Reading]

My 5 Favourite Useless Pokemon

Let’s face it, not all Pokemon are equal. Or even close to equal in any way what so ever. Still, that doesn’t mean you can’t love a Pokemon, if it isn’t very good. You can love a Pokemon no matter how useless they are. And here are some of the useless Pokemon I happen to love. Shiny Wurmple JUST LOOK AT IT! LOOK HOW CUTE IT IS! Okay, I’ll calm down. But honestly, I do very much like all the shiny low level bug types. They;re a big part of the beginning of any Pokemon game, being small and soft… [Continue Reading]

Why the Heck was Hisuian Voltorb in 7km Eggs?

Pokemon GO’s egg system is probably the most gamble-y thing in Pokemon GO. While it’s nice to walk eggs and see what you hatch, the odds are rarely in your favour. In fact, some eggs are awful, with low chances of hatching anything that’s vaguely good. In fact, most of the time, I find myself hatching things that I could have caught in the wild. However, I think I’ve stumbled across one of the worst eggs around. 7KM eggs 7km eggs have always been in an awkward slot. You can somewhat control how you obtain them, by opening gifts while… [Continue Reading]

Finally Burnt Out on Warframe

According to Steam, I have over 4000 hours in Warframe. I’m a Legendary Rank 1 Tenno, and among the earliest people to reach Mastery Rank 30. Up until Angels of the Zariman, I had managed to acquire pretty much every weapon in Warframe. I even went and bought the MR30 real life pin badge, because I could and because it looked cool. However, I haven’t properly played Warframe in about a month and a half. It seems that, finally, after 4000 hours, I’m finally burnt out from my space ninja game. But why though? Why am I burnt out? Well,… [Continue Reading]

A Massive Sea of Thieves Adventure on the Stormcloud

The other day, the Stormcloud set off from an outpost, ready for adventure. The plan was simple: get supplies, then make our way towards leveling up Reapers. After a somewhat unenjoyable session the day before, there were high hopes that our new session would be better. Those high hopes were very quickly met, and became one of our biggest and best adventures yet. Simply put, it was insane. So here’s what happened. A Calm Beginning Our day started off quite simple. We raised our flag as Reapers, then set off to get supplies. The first thing we did was take… [Continue Reading]
