A sandwich can contain pretty much whatever you want, from grilled cheese and simple ham and mayonnaise, to stupidly over the top meat-filled monsters. Eggs are great. Round, reliable and full of protein. Probably not the best choice for a vegetarian or a vegan. But you can do a huge amount with just eggs.
