How to Turn Star Wars Battlefront II (2005) into a Single-Player Stealth Game

STAR WARS™: Battlefront Classic Collection just came out on Steam! I’ve mentioned in several places that the original Battlefront II was my very first gaming love, long before I’d ever played Team Fortress 2 or even created a Steam account. I never actually owned it, I played it (and its predecessor) exclusively on my friend’s Xbox, but our neighborhood gang racked up hundreds of hours playing them and they are incredible. Star Wars: Republic Commando, a 2021 Review

Growing up, I loved Star Wars Battlefront II and its predecessor. It probably still ranks in my top 3 games of all time. There’s even a princess, although I’m not quite sure Leia works as a Disney Princess yet. But while the movies are overall well-received, they do have problems. Weirdly though, most of my issues are with Episodes 7 and 8. I can’t say that they’re bad movies, because,… [Continue Reading]

Solo – A Late Movie Review

I’d been meaning to see Solo: A Star Wars Story on release, or at least a week after with my brother Terroxy. Somehow my Star Wars-hating sister Nommy saw it first, and it MUST have been a good movie because she enjoyed it. “It’s not a Star Wars movie!” Nommy protests. Yeah no, you like a Star Wars movie. Don’t lie to us. But me and Terroxy saw it late, the 7:45pm showing on Saturday 16th of June. And we had the WHOLE SCREEN to ourselves. Literally just the two of us in the cinema. That was cool. So yeah,… [Continue Reading]
