I really want to like and play Destiny 2. But recently, I’ve just been somewhat sitting on the outskirts, not actually playing the game at all. Sure, I watched that big announcement on Lightfall. The New PvP Game Mode – Rift

I don’t normally play PvP stuff. But Destiny 2 has the habit of putting random PvP stuff into quests. The Rat King exotic quest required players to all use the same pistol, for example. And on the second week of this new season, Lord Saladin is back (already) with objective-based gameplay for us to all fight over. Destiny 2’s cosmetic system is pretty alright. It’s slowly improved over the years, but with transmogifying armour pieces, we can really make cool looks for ourselves. And we finally don’t have to turn legendary shards into individual colour shaders now. The original implementation of cosmetics in Destiny 2 were insane.
