Revisiting Old Warframe Bosses

One of the nicer things about Nightwave is that you can end up redoing content, old and new. The same can also be said with the Tenno missions we’ve had coming up to Tennocon. Warframe has a lot of different bosses and I’ve had a chance to re-experience a good number of them. And some of them are better than others. The most recent thing I had to redo was Exploiter Orb. It was an Elite Weekly task that kept on coming up for me, so I decided to do it. Luckily, there is actually matchmaking with Exploiter Orb, even… [Continue Reading]

How to Level Up Quickly With Solaris United

Grinding for Standing to level up with various Syndicates can feel boring and repetitive and often feel that it’s not worth it. That’s because the Syndicate grind IS boring and repetitive. The only way it isn’t boring and repetitive is to be an older player who has a massive backlog of Syndicate Medallions for the 6 angry Syndicates and a ton of spare resources for Solaris United, Vox Solaris and the Quills, in the form of Debt Bonds, Toroids and Sentient Cores. Both of these weird spider robot things though have personalities. Very different ones. The Profit-Taker Orb’s personality doesn’t really appear until you do the four heists that are tied to her destruction. Whenever you encounter her outside of the four heist… [Continue Reading]

Fighting the Exploiter Orb

After some scanning and some fudging of numbers and some collecting of diluted thermia from a boring Mobile Defense clone, the Exploiter Orb is now available to fight. By “available to fight”, I mean “available to throw stuff at”. Yep, most of the Exploiter Orb fight consists of you throwing canisters of ‘thermia’ at a massive spider-like robot. The fight starts off with everyone entering the remains of Deck 12. Eudico and Zuud remember what happened and you sort of just wander around until someone pulls a leaver (which costs everyone 1 diluted thermia). You hear a scream and the… [Continue Reading]
