Mega Pokemon have been confirmed for Pokemon Go for 2020, but we don’t know much about them. We don’t know how we’ll obtain Mega Pokemon or trigger their special evolutions or anything. During the TennoLive 2020 Devstream, we watched an introduction to Mother, one of the Orokin-Infested hybrid beings that lives on Deimos. Magikarp seems like a really strange pick for a Community Day. It was the first Pokemon to get a shiny in Pokemon Go. Yet here it is, having a Community Day. But I suppose complaining isn’t too bad.
