I Absolutely Adored the 12th Series of Taskmaster

Taskmaster is currently my favourite show right now. It’s a UK comedy show that I’ve talked about before, explaining why I love it. There have been eleven prior series, with series 12 just finishing a few days ago (as of publishing). However, for series 12, I swear it flew by way too quickly. Why? Because I absolutely loved the entire cast. As far as I’m concerned, this was one of the best series by far. I enjoyed every second of series 12. But why? The cast was amazing. I’ve never seen a happier cast. Normally, there’s some sort of mini-conflict… [Continue Reading]

Forgotten Items from Warframe’s Past

The Wolf VS The Angry Kitty Valkyr

Warframe is a pretty old game. Back in March 2021, we celebrated 8 years of Warframe. Players were presented with stat sheets of their characters, as well as free weapons and skins. At the top of the list of presents we got, the biggest one was a skin for Rhino. The Dex skin for Rhino looks great, especially for a Warframe that has been here since the beginning. However, not everything in Warframe is as it was. Things change all the time, and Warframe’s nerfs and changes can come from nowhere. Today, we’re going to chat about some of the… [Continue Reading]

A Collaboration event with Ed Sheeran?

Promo art for Ed Sheeran's event

Collaborations in Pokemon GO are weird, and honestly quite neat. For example, in various countries, places like Starbucks have sponsored Pokestops. On the other hand, some players get sponsored balloons, that drop in and give you free stuff. And Pokemon GO has done a lot of collaboration with Japanese companies. There have also been events with other American companies too. Heck, we also have an entire dress-up category, where our in-game avatars can wear sponsored apparel. However, most of these sponsored events, items, and all that, they are all very… corporate. A bare minimum in the hope of selling a… [Continue Reading]

A Season of Misunderstood Mischief

Hoopa and portal rings

For this season of Pokemon GO, things have been a tad different. It’s been multiple months of mischief. And along side it, we actually have a quest for a new Mythical Pokemon. However, unlike normal Mythical Pokemon quests, Hoopa’s quest has a small twist on things. A good idea in theory Misunderstood Mischief is an attempt to do something new. Rather than just release the entire quest in one go, Misunderstood Mischief is designed to work alongside current events in Pokemon GO. Each of the research’s steps tied in with concurrent events, making it a tad easier to follow. In… [Continue Reading]

A 2% Drop Chance

Volt and Smaller Volt

Volt rolled all four of his neural sensors as a text message came in. After waiting until the various spam and trading messages stopped coming, Volt picked a gold message at the top of the pile and began to read it. “Hello, can you help me with something?” With an organic snort, Volt picked up his little keyboard and started typing back. “Hi, Wukong, what’s up?” Volt had known Wukong for quite a long time. In fact, Volt had been the one to help train Wukong as he slowly climbed levels of mastery. Both Volt and Wukong had ended up… [Continue Reading]

4 Last Minute Preparations for the New War

A Railjack in the middle of a Void Storm

Finally, after way too much hype and too many setbacks, the New War is finally on its way. With a somewhat unknown release date in December, the New War promises to be the biggest update ever. With so much going on, it’s understandable that we will need to do things before we jump straight into the New War. Here’s a small list of things you’ll need to do before starting the New War. Ready your Necramech I’m like 99% certain that part of the New War will involve Orphix enemies. These Sentient bosses can kick you out of your Warframe,… [Continue Reading]

The KID A MNESIA digital exhibition

KID A MNESIA ENTRANCE

To celebrate 21 years of music, namely Kid A and Amnesiac, the band Radiohead have done something pretty cool. They’ve gone and commissioned a digital exhibition, showcasing both the art and the music of their two albums. How Radiohead have done this though is pretty damn cool. They made a 3d digital world in which you can experience Radiohead’s art, both in drawings and music. It’s an… interesting experience KID A MNESIA is a strange thing. It has pretty standard and simple controls – all you can really do is walk around and occasionally sprint. Meanwhile, everything just sort of… [Continue Reading]

Prime Parts and Regal Aya

This Volt Prime isn't going hypo. He got hit in the face with a rocket.

As part of the run up to the New War, we’re suddenly getting a whirlwind of different surprises. The most notable one is the Prime Resurgence, a new way of obtaining not just vaulted weapons and Warframes, but their armour and other cosmetics too. By visiting an old Dax in Maroo’s Bazaar, getting a missing Primed Warframe is a lot easier. A new currency has appeared, called Aya, which can be found in the Void and in bounties, and you can trade Aya for various Prime Warframes The shop rotates on a weekly basis, starting with Mag and Nova Prime,… [Continue Reading]

Forsaken Forsaken

Hesitations and morality

After a long time of putting it off, I finally played the Forsaken quest. I’d kinda ignored it for a bit, despite having Forsaken gifted to me. At the time, I was more worried about finishing the season pass I had paid for. So I left most quests to the side. Unfortunately though, once I beat the season pass, I swiftly realized that I needed to finish the Forsaken quest. Because it will soon no longer exist. So I played Forsaken. It was fun. A simple quest about revenge, mostly. I played some of the quests alone and some with… [Continue Reading]

Arty Boosts in Group Confidence

Art painted by me

When I was small, one of my favourite TV shows was Art Attack. As the name suggests, it was an art show. However, Art Attack was aimed at kids, and many of the things featured were made out of stuff found around the house. With just a few pieces of card, one can easily make all sorts of things, from towers to space ships to monster-shaped bins. As I got older though, I gradually moved away from using cardboard and similar things from Art Attack. Aside from a brief period making Team Fortress 2 weapons out of cardboard, I found… [Continue Reading]
